Im a personal trainer who loves to be out in the gym training and playing sports, I play football alongside personal training which benefits me in so many ways in the gym. As a personal trainer I help make correct diet plans and training programs being able to vary different types of training and, also adapt to clients preferred type of training. Ensuring I keep a consistent check up on clients short term goals to help them reach their long-term goals.
