Chloe Cameron
Currently a Gym Instructor and soon to be a qualified Personal Trainer, I’m also a mum of two with a paramedic background - so I understand how challenging it can be to prioritise your health around busy schedules, family life, and work.
I focus on supporting women to build confidence, feel stronger, and achieve results that fit into real life. My approach is centred around structure, consistency, and balance - helping you make sustainable progress without feeling overwhelmed.
I have a strong interest in supporting women with a range of health conditions and disabilities, including PCOS, endometriosis, menopause, pre and postnatal stages, diabetes, Parkinson’s, mental health challenges, and recovery from illness or surgery. I aim to provide guidance that is tailored to you, your lifestyle, and your individual needs.
My aim is to create a space where you feel understood, supported, and confident - whether you’re just starting out, returning after time away, or working through health challenges.
