About me

I’m a personal trainer who genuinely understands how hard it can be to prioritise your health when life is busy. With 14 years in the fitness industry and as someone who runs two businesses, I know the demands of a packed schedule—which is why I specialise in helping busy parents and professionals fit training into real life, not the other way around.

I create tailored training plans built around your goals, your lifestyle, and your time, so you can make consistent progress without feeling overwhelmed. I also specialise in injury rehabilitation, helping you train safely, recover properly, and rebuild strength with confidence. Outside of coaching, you’ll usually find me spending time with my family or outdoors hiking, camping, or paddleboarding—so I truly value a balanced, active lifestyle.

My approach is supportive, realistic, and results-driven. I’m here to keep you accountable, push you when needed, and help you build habits that actually last—so you can feel stronger, healthier, and more confident every day.
