Hey! My name is Joshua, I am a qualified gym instructor & personal trainer with a keen interest in staying fit and healthy. Balance is the key for long term success, neglecting the fundamentals will only set oneself up for failure. I believe in starting with the basics, find what works for you and of course challenge yourself in order to grow. Growth is rarely a straight line, it is often a messy and non-linear process… My job is to make it as simple and straightforward as possible. Outside of work I love training martial arts (kick boxing & jiu-jitsu), with over 5 years experience as an amateur mixed martial artist, I take mobility & flexibility very seriously. Moving freely without injury should be a number one on everyone's list, it certainly is for me. I want to help YOU reach your fitness goals no matter what they may be - gain muscle, drop fat, run 5km or do a pull up. Everyone is unique and your goals should reflect your individualism.
