I began my fitness journey after being diagnosed with a chronic autoimmune disease, an experience that taught me how powerful movement and mindset are for overall well-being. This fuels my passion for helping others improve both their physical and mental health through fitness.
Training with me focuses on long-term wellbeing - not just aesthetics. I combine traditional personal training with Pilates-informed, biomechanics-led movement and supportive nutrition habits to build strength, flexibility, confidence, and resilience.
Pilates techniques help improve posture, core strength, mobility, and reduce stiffness, creating a strong foundation for everyday movement. This supports long-term mobility and functional, real-world strength, helping your body move well not just in the gym, but in daily life. Alongside this, I deliver effective resistance and weight training for strength, muscle tone, fat loss, and overall fitness, always guided by good technique, joint health, and sustainable progression.
Every programme is personalised. You can choose Pilates-focused training, traditional gym-based sessions, or a thoughtful blend of both to support your personal goals. I also run an in-gym community where members support and motivate one another, creating a welcoming environment that builds confidence.
