The gym is my special place — let me help you make it yours.
The gym is one of life’s greatest constants. Whatever is happening with family, finances, careers or relationships, it’s your space to focus on YOU. Training changes more than your body — it transforms your mindset, mental health and overall wellbeing. Every session pushes you beyond your comfort zone, building strength inside and out. As a PureGym Personal Trainer, my role is to optimise how you feel and perform while motivating and inspiring you every step of the way. Together, we’ll keep you centred, confident and in control. My life experience is broad — two lovely (but expensive) daughters, marathons, world travel, military training, piloting, leadership and entrepreneurship. I’ve helped others achieve their goals, while navigating my own challenges that taught me resilience, vulnerability and growth. I bring that perspective to every session. I’ll get to know you quickly, understand what drives you, and create a training approach tailored to your goals. You’ll get consistent support, real accountability and encouragement — especially on the days you don’t feel like showing up. Over the past year, I’ve transformed my own nutrition, training and education around muscle growth, proving that small, targeted changes deliver powerful results. Because no two people are the same, your programme will be designed to support you mentally, physically and emotionally — and we’ll have some laughs along the way.
