My passion for fitness began over 8 years ago when I first stepped into the boxing ring as an amateur. What started as training for sport soon grew into a deep interest in understanding how to get the very best out of myself—both physically and mentally.
Like many people, my journey hasn’t been without its challenges. I struggled with binge eating, developed unhealthy relationships with food, and felt lost when it came to proper nutrition and effective training methods for my goals.
Over time, through learning, working with skilled coaches, and gaining real experience, I overcame these struggles. Now, I take pride in helping others who may be facing the same challenges I once did—guiding them to build not only a stronger body but also a stronger mindset.
For me, training is about far more than aesthetics. The gym is where discipline is built, and that discipline carries over into every area of life—helping us unlock our full potential.
