decided to get my qualifications as a personal trainer after experiencing my own transformation through fitness. Like many people, I started with self-doubt and uncertainty, but over time I discovered how powerful movement can be not just for your body, but for your mind and overall wellbeing. One of the biggest milestones in my journey was running the Edinburgh Half Marathon, something I never thought I’d be able to do. That experience showed me just how much we’re capable of when we push past our limits. I’m passionate about helping others achieve their own milestones.
My passion is to help people change their lives in the simplest and most realistic way possible. I believe everyone deserves the right to good health and to be happy with themselves inside and out.
