Hello I'm Chris, I'm here to keep you motivated, to help you achieve your goals and give you all the information, plus tools to help you transform yourself. My goal is to help you achieve all of your specific goals, and give you the knowledge you need to continue to progress outside of our training sessions. It's important that you find exercises that you enjoy, whilst being effective in order for you to achieve your goals. I want you to look forward to coming to the gym and be confident completing exercises, this is something we can work on together. Whether you want to burn fat, gain muscle, improve your cardiovascular health and fitness, or just need help getting into a routine, I'll be here to cheer you on and share my knowledge throughout your journey. I have been training myself for 7 years, and am experienced in cardiovascular fitness, body building, and strength training. I am confident that I'll be able to help you achieve any, and all of your goals! I'm available for 1:1, 2:1, 3:1, and small group training sessions. I also offer online coaching.
