How to find us
You'll find the gym on King Street next to the Travelodge and near to the Crow's Nest cinema. Parking in the nearby King Street car park is FREE from 6pm until 8am and 80p for 1 hour, £1.20 for 1-2 hours and £4 for 2-3 hours at other times.
As for public transport, we're a 10-minute walk away from Bluebell Railway - East Grinstead train station, and there's a regular service from bus numbers 236, 409 and 485 on King Street.
