About me

I have been involved in sports my life. I played sports. I also coached various sports and track & field. This experience has taught me a lot about what works. My hamstring injuries were a problem for me, cutting short my own sports career. I learned how hard it is to deal with injuries and how important it is to train and recover in a way.

I have worked with athletes and other professionals. This has helped me learn about sports performance and the latest research on nutrition. I use this knowledge to help people get the results possible in a short amount of time. I also make sure they stay strong and healthy.

Now I am working at PureGym, I want to bring what I’ve learned over the last 20 years to the general public to help people one on one in the gym or through a hybrid mix of in person and online coaching. I do not believe in using gimmicks or fads. We make a plan that is based on facts and tailored to your goals. You might want to lose body fat or build muscle. Maybe you want to perform at sports or get in shape like an athlete. We work together to make a plan that will help you see progress fast.

My approach is I care about results, not hype. We focus on training and good nutrition. We find strategies that fit your life and really work.
