I started training at 15 after being overweight and lacking confidence. What began as self-improvement became a mission — helping others become stronger, healthier, and more confident in their own skin.
After a serious road accident and multiple surgeries, I had to relearn how to walk and rebuild my body from scratch. That experience shaped how I coach today — disciplined, resilient, and results-driven.
