I am Mohsen Hashemi, Fitness has been a big part of my life for many years. Training has always given me strong energy and focus throughout the day, and that passion inspired me to become a Personal Trainer. I love working in the gym environment and helping people feel stronger, more confident, and more motivated through training that is clear, structured, and enjoyable. I’ve been through my own fitness journey — I lost weight, built muscle, and stayed consistent for years.
