HELLO! My name is Nicole
I first stepped into the gym to support my mental health and it completely transformed my life. What began as a way to feel better soon became a passion, and eventually my career.
I’m currently training to compete in powerlifting. Which has taught me the importance of discipline, resilience, and consistency. But while I love lifting heavy, my real focus is helping you discover what you’re capable of.
I’m also a full-time mum, so I understand the challenges of finding motivation, making time, and balancing fitness with family life. If you’ve ever felt like it’s “too hard” to start, I can promise you it’s possible and I’ll show you how. I’ll be there to guide you and cheer you on every step of the way.
My approach is simple. No matter your age, background, or starting point, you can achieve more than you think. I’ll give you the tools, knowledge, and encouragement in the gym, in the kitchen and in everyday life to unlock your potential, so the results last for life, not just for now.
