My fitness journey began with a love for martial arts, from karate to kickboxing where I earned black belts in both after 13 years of training. This sparked my desire to master all aspects of striking, so I spent two years exploring Muay Thai, boxing and Taekwondo. As I sought to get stronger, I turned to weightlifting.
My main motivation and goal for being a Personal Trainer is to inspire others to live a healthier lifestyle and progress physically and mentally, to achieve their goals.
