There was a time when fitness wasn’t a part of my life. I was overweight and unhealthy, and I was unhappy with how I felt. One day I decided it was time for a change. I swapped the chocolate for consistency and before long the gym became my new addiction. I realised fitness was more than just a hobby, it was something I wanted to dedicate my career to. I went on to achieve my degree in Health, Fitness & Sport and now I’m passionate about helping others experience same transformation.
Fitness isn’t just about working out, it’s about building a healthy lifestyle that gives you strength, confidence and energy not just for today but for the future too.
