Hi I`m Jay,
My fitness journey began at the start of the first lockdown where I decided to try and get fit with all the free time I had. My weeks consisted of cycling 100km, running 40km and lifting weights over the course of a week. Which led to me losing 4 stone in under a year and a half. I have been passionate about the gym ever since I started exercising and want to continue to show my knowledge and help individuals succeed in their own dreams, whether you are a beginner or an experienced gym goer or even athletes as I have a great experience working with clients that play at amateur to professional level sports. I will help show you the path to becoming a better version of yourself no matter the goal.
