Exercise and fitness have been my lifeline, helping me overcome some tough mental challenges in the past, helping me feel more grounded, focused, and resilient - both physically and mentally.
I have seen first-hand the power that movement can have and that experience is what drives me to support others in building a positive, healthy relationship with movement, whatever their starting point. Whether it's functional training, lifting weights, of heading out for a run, I believe in doing what feels good and helps you grow - inside and out.
I'm also currently studying for a degree in Psychology; my studies give me a deeper understanding of how our behaviours, thoughts, and habits can shape our wellbeing - and how we can use exercise to create positive, lasting change.
I'm excited to help others reach their full potential, and turn healthy habts into a lifestyle.
