I spent the last five years in the Royal Marines Band Service, where I trained alongside commandos and represented the Royal Marines at running, climbing and rowing. During my time in the Band Service, I gained valuable experience in training methods, exercise adaptations and injury prevention. From there I started my journey to become a personal trainer. Whether your goal is to lose weight, build strength, increase endurance or simply improve your overall well being, I’m here to help you succeed. I’m passionate about helping people achieve their fitness goals, but also about helping them fall in love with the process along the way.
