I’m a Level 3 Qualified Personal Trainer with a specialist qualification in Pre & Post Natal Fitness — and a competitive powerlifter. I’m passionate about showing people that strength training is for everyone, no matter their starting point, lifestyle, or goals.
As a mum myself, I understand the unique challenges that come with balancing family life, work, and personal wellbeing.
