Hi, I'm Weronika! I became a personal trainer to motivate, inspire and guide people to feel healthier, stronger and more confident in their bodies. Whether you are new to fitness, looking to improve your athletic performance, or exercise to look and feel better, I’m here to help you achieve your goals. My approach is tailored to you, I will consider your goals, lifestyle and any existing injuries before developing a unique program of effective and enjoyable workouts to suit your busy life. I will be there to provide ongoing support and motivation, making sure you stay on track and see meaningful results.
I’ve always loved being active and trying new sports – from hiking and roller skating to cheerleading and gymnastics. My degree in Sports Therapy has given me a deep understanding of the human body and allowed me to gain experience in exercise-lead injury prevention and treatment. I’d love to share my knowledge to help you become the best version of yourself.
