From first entering a gym feeling intimidated and anxious to a personal trainer with 13 years of experience. That’s my own fitness journey if I had to sum it up in just one sentence.
When I first started, I spent too long feeling stuck and demotivated. I had no clear plan and no accountability. So I know how it feels to struggle. However, not only did I overcome these challenges - these days I help others do the same.
I am a personal trainer with a wealth of knowledge that was built through my own education as well as years spent working with people just like you.
