My name is Amy I am a level 3 personal trainer who helps those get stronger, feel more confident, and build healthy habits through exercise.
I focus on strength training, muscle building, sustainable fat loss and can offer nutritional advice. Through my workouts and coaching, I aim to make fitness simple and achievable for everyone, whether they are new to the gym or looking to improve their results.
I think it is so important to relate to clients on a more down-to-earth level and understand that there are circumstances where things change and how life can be busy. I enjoy getting outdoors when the weather is nice. An ideal Saturday to me is going for breakfast, going to the gym and finishing the night off with a movie snacks and a glass of wine like any normal girl.
