I’ve been training for over 15 years. I’m dedicated to helping people feel empowered, confident, and capable.
Fitness is my passion. I’ve completed a marathon, half marathons, a 12-week peak and I’m a pole dancer. I’ve learned the power of discipline, resilience, and self-expression through exercise and movement.
With my online coaching program, I’ve helped clients achieve incredible body composition and weight loss results-even with the busiest lifestyles.
