Fitness and sport have always been a huge part of my life — not just as a career, but as something that has shaped who I am.
I’ve played football for over 20 years, playing with Celtic, Glasgow City, Kilmarnock and Queen’s Park, and I’ve always loved training, pushing my limits, and seeing what the body is capable of.
I studied Sports Science & Physiology at university for four years, giving me a strong understanding of how the body works and how to train safely and effectively — not just hard, but smart.
My focus is on helping people build confidence in the gym while improving their strength and fitness in a way that’s sustainable and enjoyable. Whether your goal is to get stronger, fitter, or simply feel better in yourself, I’m here to guide and support you every step of the way.
