Movement has always been a massive part of my life. I have been dancing since the age of 2 years old and gained my teaching certificate when I was only 17. I tried the conventional route of university and other career pathways but I always knew deep down I would return back to fitness. I started part time teaching spin and reformer pilates alongside doing my degree in Geography and knew exactly where I needed to be. Fitness has always been a hobby for me and I will forever use it as a mental escape from the world. I feel extremely fortunate that I am in the position it is now my entire life. My aim as a personal trainer is to make you feel comfortable and safe to express your goals and ambitions. I offer both 1-1 and online coaching to ensure we find the right fit for you. We will work together to create individualised plans that make fitness fun for you. With my background in dance and reformer, I understand that every single body moves differently. I would love to work with you to create a programme designed around your needs, lifestyle and goals. Whether that is building strength, weight loss, improving confidence or simply just enjoying exercise again.
