Whether you’re an experienced athlete or new to training, my goal is to help you achieve your fitness and wellness goals through structured, sustainable, and enjoyable programs.
I train Mixed Martial Arts at Manchester Top Team and specialise in Combat Sports, Nutrition Coaching, Flexibility & Mobility and Strength & Conditioning. Available for Thai Boxing Pad Work, 1-to-1 Personal Training, Group Classes, and functional sessions including HIIT, EMOM, and AMRAP — all designed to build strength, endurance, and confidence while keeping training fun and dynamic.
With a deep passion for nutrition and natural wellness, I promote whole, nutrient-dense foods and natural remedies such as Sea Moss, Shilajit, Ashwagandha, and Black Seed Oil to support recovery, energy, and overall vitality.
Training is more than just going to the gym, forming a solid work-out routine can help incorporate structure into your daily life and help you build the discipline and consistency required to become the best version of yourself.
