About me

Hey, I’m Katie My goal is to help you take your first steps into fitness. Whether you’re completely new to training or coming back after a break, I’m here to support your growth—physically, mentally, and emotionally. Together, we’ll focus on small steps that lead to lasting change. I started my fitness journey as a very shy, anxious girl who sat outside of the gym for up to an hour contemplating whether to go in out of fear of being judged and would often end up driving home. After much trial and error, I gained the confidence I needed to start training by myself and doing so made me want to help others do the same. I now train as a hybrid athlete focusing on strength and endurance whilst also training for Hyrox races. I’ve got my first ever Hyrox in June which is SUPER exciting! I decided to become a fitness coach because I know how overwhelming fitness can feel at the start. You don’t need to be perfect, ready, or confident—you just need a place to begin. My goal as a coach is to help you build strength in a way that feels empowering, sustainable, and aligned with your pace, not anyone else’s. You don’t need to have it all figured out. You just need to start!
