HELLO! MY NAME IS CHARLOTTE
After having children, I turned to the gym to support my mental health and rediscover who I was beyond being “mum”. That journey led me to fall in love with lifting, especially strength training and powerlifting.
Now, I’m passionate about helping other women – especially mums – feel confident, strong, and empowered in their own bodies. I specialise in pre and postnatal fitness and love working with women at all stages of life, whether you’re just starting out or ready to take things to the next level.
I believe in balance, strength from inside out, and making fitness a sustainable, enjoyable part of your life.
