As a PT I pride myself on creating a judgment-free space where women can show up exactly as they are and still succeed. I believe fitness should feel empowering, not overwhelming and my training style focuses on progress, not perfection.
My fitness journey began long before I ever dreamed of becoming a personal trainer. I started training at around 8 years old , exploring different forms of martial arts that taught me discipline, focus, and the power of moving with purpose. Those early years shaped who I am today, they introduced me to strength, resilience, and the confidence that comes from mastering your own body and now I use everything I learned along the way to help other women feel strong, capable, and confident in their own bodies.
