A bit about me My journey started from a place of low confidence and poor health, which pushed me to make a change. Along the way, I experimented with restrictive diets, cutting out food groups, extreme calorie limits, home workouts, and overcoming anxiety in the gym. Through this experience, I learned what truly works — creating sustainable results that fit into a balanced lifestyle, cutting through the misinformation that often ignores individual needs.
