Hi, I,m Chantelle, a dedicated Personal Trainer with over 10 years of professional experience in the fitness industry and many more years spent developing my own personal fitness journey. My passion is helping people transform their bodies, improve their mental health and build confidence through personalised, sustainable training and nutrition.
