About me

I’m Luke, a Personal Trainer with over 8 years of training experience. I know the gym can feel intimidating at first, but I’m here to show you it really doesn’t have to be.

My journey started through football, training with Chelsea Foundation, before getting into the gym to improve my performance. Over time, I went from being overweight to skinny with very little muscle, before building a strong, lean and muscular physique. Along the way I also struggled with a poor relationship with food, which taught me how to do things the right way without restrictive dieting.

I’ve gone from wanting to simply feel comfortable in a T-shirt, to seeing my abs for the first time, to deadlifting 200kg. Because of this, I understand the different challenges people face at each stage, and I now help others achieve their own milestones in a way that is realistic and sustainable.

I specialise in muscle building, strength training, body toning and sustainable fat loss. My goal is to cut out the confusion and help you focus on what actually works, so you can achieve results that last while still enjoying the process.
