I’m Luke, a Personal Trainer with over 8 years of training experience. I know the gym can feel intimidating at first, but I’m here to show you it really doesn’t have to be.
Over time, I went from being overweight to skinny with very little muscle, before building a strong, lean and muscular physique. Along the way I also struggled with a poor relationship with food, which taught me how to do things the right way without restrictive dieting.
I’ve gone from wanting to simply feel comfortable in a T-shirt, to seeing my abs for the first time, to deadlifting 200kg. Because of this, I understand the different challenges people face at each stage, and I now help others achieve their own milestones in a realistic and sustainable way.
I specialise in muscle building, strength training, personalised programmes and sustainable fat loss, helping you cut through the confusion and get results that last.
