I may be old enough to be everyone's Dad, but I can still kick some behinds in the gym! (Well...maybe) For many of us, we get to an age when we realise that life has got in our way, and we haven't prioritised our own health. I certainly did. We lose confidence and am nervous even stepping into a gym. It's never too late to start that journey with new goals and new ways of training.
