About me

I’ve come late into the Personal Training world, having served as a police officer for over 33 years with both Surrey Police and British Transport Police, much of which has been as a senior detective leading murder and other major crime investigations. I also spent the last few years learning how challenging life can be living with a chronic condition, back in 2009 I became a type 3c diabetic (yes it’s a thing!) What I have learned is that our relationship with our health is a complicated thing. We don’t have the ultimate control over our health, but we can certainly influence it. Most of our physical health starts and continues with what is in our mind, how we treat our bodies, what we eat and how we exercise. Serving as a police officer, I’m now serving in helping people become healthier, fitter, stronger, changing mindsets and improving their relationships with their physical health.
