About me

I believe fitness because is your body armour. When you start your day by doing something hard, everything else throughout the day becomes easier. What you can expect from me as your PT, is someone who doesn’t just train you, but supports you in becoming who you want to be. That might be building muscle, losing fat, doing both — or simply feeling more in control of your body and mind. Being type-1 diabetic for 20+ years and managing my condition has forced me to understand my body at a scientific level. It showed me, first-hand, how tightly the mind and body are connected, and how powerful nutrition and training can be to create stability.
