About me

Hi, I'm Katie. It's a pleasure to meet you!

For me, personal training is about relationships and trust. So here is what I value most, and you can decide if we're a good fit!

  • Kindness. Being kind is absolutely non-negotiable. I want to build trust and empathy and it starts with this.
  • Listening. I will always listen to how you are feeling, and I care about the answer. Let's be honest with each other, and we'll make a great team.
  • Challenge. The body HAS to be challenged in order to progress. So I will push you, in a way that is personalised and sustainable to reach your goals.
  • Gratitude. Building strength and performance from a place of gratitude leads to far better results than fear and negativity. It's time to be grateful for the body you have, and what you can achieve!

My whole training ethos is around building strength for longevity and a better quality of life. We're talking muscle mass, bone strength, heart health and emotional resilience. Muscular strength is critical as you age and it must be protected. If you've over 40 and you're not regularly lifting weights, then we need to meet!
