About Me I’m a university student specialising in Sports Coaching, with a strong academic foundation in strength and conditioning and a real passion for helping people transform their bodies and confidence. I’ve been dedicated to the gym for over four years, using that time to build both practical experience and a deep understanding of effective training methods. Who I Work With I specialise in coaching adults aged 30 and above who want to build muscle, tone up, and feel stronger in their everyday lives. My approach is supportive, structured, and tailored — designed to help clients break through plateaus, build sustainable habits, and enjoy training again. My Background Before stepping fully into the fitness world, I spent years playing football, which shaped my understanding of athletic performance, discipline, and functional movement. That sporting background now feeds into my coaching style, blending strength training with performance based principles to help clients move better and feel better.
