About me

I'm Jack, a Level 3 Personal Trainer with a focus on sports strength and conditioning and helping people get back to full movement after injury. My coaching comes from real experience — not just in the gym, but from years spent moving through the outdoors, pushing myself physically, and learning what the body can do when it’s trained well and looked after properly. I've been lucky to complete things like solo winter Bob Graham rounds, Dragons backs as well Classic rock rounds to name but a few .  Before stepping into Personal training, I worked as a Mountaineering instructor, helping people build confidence on rock, ridges, and long days in the mountains. That background shaped how I coach today: practical, patient, and focused on making people genuinely capable, not just “gym strong.” Today, I bring all of that real-world experience into my coaching. I work with clients who want to:

  • Build functional, sport-ready strength and Improve performance 
  • Return to activity safely after injury or time off
  • Feel capable, confident, and physically ready for whatever they take on
  • Train with purpose and long-term progress in mind My coaching style is supportive, structured, and practical. I believe in building strength that actually transfers to what you care about — whether that’s lifting in the gym, carrying a pack uphill, completing a challenge event, or simply feeling stronger day to day.
