With a background in boxing and football, I’ve experienced firsthand the discipline, dedication, and performance-driven training it takes to succeed in sport. As a Personal Trainer at PureGym, I combine my athletic experience with proven training methods to help members unlock their full potential—whether that means building muscle, improving sports performance, achieving weight loss goals, or learning the art of boxing.

My Training Style I specialise in muscle building, athletic & sports performance training, boxing conditioning, and fat loss coaching. Every session is designed to challenge you while keeping it engaging and rewarding.
