About me

I’m Jay, a Level 3 Qualified Personal Trainer with over 2 years of experience coaching people who are just starting their fitness journey. If you’re feeling unsure, overwhelmed, or lacking confidence in the gym — you’re exactly who I work best with.

Alongside fitness coaching, I’m a professional cricketer in the USA and an ECB Level 2 Cricket Coach, which means discipline, consistency, and performance are built into everything I teach. I know what it takes to improve from the ground up — not just physically, but mentally too.

I’m also a Mental Health Ambassador for Not Out, and I strongly believe that real progress only happens when your mind and body work together. Training shouldn’t feel intimidating or punishing — it should build confidence, structure, and belief in yourself.
