My path to becoming a Personal Trainer hasn't been conventional. I've worked in the corporate world, supported young people with SEN, and spent five years in the military. Through every chapter, one thing has remained constant: my passion for fitness.
Sport has always been a huge part of my life. I've competed in rowing, rugby league and union, boxing, and for the past four years, American Football. That dedication to training and performance led me to pursue a degree in Sport and Exercise Science at Leeds Beckett University.
I specialise in helping people improve their performance in the gym — whether you're an athlete striving to gain an edge in your sport or someone who trains once or twice a week and wants to look, move and feel better.
From building size and strength to improving mobility and overall fitness, I tailor your training to your goals.
