About me

I help women build strength, confidence, and a healthy relationship with exercise. As a Level 3 Personal Trainer with additional training as a Mental Health & Exercise Coach, I believe exercise is about so much more than how you look. Movement has a powerful impact on body appreciation, confidence, mood, and mindset helping you feel stronger physically, but also more energised, resilient, and confident in your body. For a long time, I trained because I felt like I had to. Now, I move because I genuinely enjoy it, and that shift has changed everything. My coaching is about helping others move away from pressure and obligation, and towards exercise that feels positive, empowering, and sustainable. My coaching focuses on supportive training, building confidence in the gym, and creating routines that fit into your lifestyle, all within an encouraging and welcoming environment. Whether you’re new to training or getting back into it, I’d love to support you as you build strength and rediscover enjoyment in movement. From a girl who’s been through it herself this space is for real talk, real feelings, and reconnecting with your body on your terms.
