With a background in gymnastics coaching, pole fitness instructing and a passion for indoor climbing. I bring a blend of strength, skill, and body awareness to personal training. My approach combines functional strength, mobility, flexibility, and calisthenics to create fun, personalised hybrid programs tailored to each individual.

As a skill-based coach, I focus on safe, structured progressions that build strength from the ground up. Whether you’re learning your first push-up, pull up, working toward calisthenics skills, or simply improving overall mobility and fitness, every program is designed to support long-term joint health and sustainable progress.

I’m passionate about helping people build strong, resilient bodies that move well and feel capable. My goal is to transform beginners into confident movers by developing functional strength, enhancing mobility, and creating a solid foundation for lifelong training.
