About me

I’m a dedicated and hardworking personal trainer who specializes in sports and athletic performance. My coaching is built around helping people improve endurance, strength, and overall performance through structured, intelligent training.

I have extensive personal experience in endurance and functional racing, including multiple HYROX events, half marathons, marathons, and ultra HYROX competitions. This experience allows me to understand exactly what it takes to prepare the body for demanding athletic challenges, from building a strong aerobic base to improving power, stamina, and race-day performance.

Alongside training, I have a strong understanding of nutrition and rehabilitation, helping clients fuel their bodies properly, recover effectively, and stay injury-free. Whether you're returning from injury, trying to improve performance, or looking to push your limits in endurance events, I can guide you safely and effectively.

My goal is to provide smart, results-driven coaching tailored to each individual. I work with anyone looking to improve their fitness, build athletic performance, lose weight, or prepare for events such as HYROX races, half marathons, and marathons.
