About me

Hi, I'm Billy. I'm a Level 3 Personal trainer, specialising in weight loss, strength training, and building lasting confidence.

Starting the gym can be daunting, overwhelming and challenging. I know this from my own personal experience. I started the gym at 17 stone and had no idea where to even start. I found the gym to be an intimidating place and struggled to be confident within myself in the gym environment. Through hard work and dedication I have developed a passion for the fitness industry, and believe that my experience and knowledge can help anyone at any stage in their fitness journey.   No matter what your goals are, my supportive, results driven and focused coaching style can help you achieve sustainable progress all whilst enjoying the process. Whether your goal is to lose fat, get stronger or feel more confident in yourself and the gym, I’ll be beside you every step of the way to guide you. I offer flexible scheduling to work around you, consistent support to help you stay on track and personalised plans tailored towards your goal.
