I’m a former GB athlete and now a dedicated triathlete who lives and breathes movement — not for how it makes me look, but for how it makes me feel. Fitness has always been my anchor, and now I help others build movement into their lives in a way that sticks.
I work with people who don’t train for aesthetics — those often come naturally. My clients want to feel fitter, stronger, healthier, faster, and more capable. My coaching style is warm yet firm — I’ll be your biggest supporter, but I’ll also give you the push you need when you’re holding back. I’m about building something sustainable – not punishing.
My expertise lies in endurance and cardiovascular fitness – think running, cycling, HYROX, and triathlon - but I also have a strong foundation in strength, power, and muscle development. I draw from both my athlete background and real-world coaching experience to create fun, effective programs that help you move better in real life. After all, what’s the point of big glutes if you can’t twist out of bed?
Whether you’re brand new, want structure and accountability, or stuck in the cycle of “I should go to the gym more,” I’ve got you. I’ll help you build a routine that feels good, fits your life, and moves you toward the version of you that you know is in there.
