Hi, I’m Harry, a personal trainer with a genuine passion for fitness and helping others reach their goals.
I first got into the gym because I was naturally skinny and wanted to learn how to build strength and muscle. That early curiosity quickly turned into a love for weight training and body transformation.Over time, I’ve developed a deep understanding of how training, nutrition, and consistency work together to create genuine results.
I focus on strength training, weight gain / weight loss, and helping clients build habits that support long-term health, body goals and confidence.
I understand how overwhelming the gym can feel at first, and my goal is to make the process approachable, effective, and rewarding. Whether you’re new to training, returning after time off, or looking to break through a plateau, I’m here to guide and support you.
