I’m Lewis, a Level 3 Personal Trainer with a passion for helping people unlock their full potential — both physically and mentally. With a background in amateur boxing, I bring energy, discipline, and focus to every session. I’ve taught a wide range of group fitness classes including Circuits, Kettlebells, and Legs, Bums & Tums, and I also have specialist experience delivering menopause fitness sessions to help women feel stronger, more confident, and in control of their health. I’m currently studying for a degree in Sports and Exercise Science, where my focus is on strength and conditioning, as well as plyometric training to build power, athleticism, and performance. Whether your goal is to improve fitness, increase strength, or simply feel your best, I’ll tailor each session to your needs and guide you every step of the way.
