Hi everyone! My name is Sam, I’m a Level 3 Personal Trainer, Snowboard Instructor and Sports Massage Therapist, who’s also a passionate runner, surfer and skater.

I’m very excited to pass on my knowledge and experience to make you better at what you love, and keep you better!

I also speak fluent Spanish and German, if you prefer to train in your own language.
